Moving house can be a stressful process at the best of times, but you would have to be mad to combine this with a new job and a new baby… wouldn’t you? Tim and Julia Blease have done just that, but thanks to part exchange they found it a breeze.

Tim and Julia were amongst the first to take advantage of Countryside Properties’ Part Exchange scheme at Carrington Park, Warrington. Keen to spend more time at home with his family, Tim decided that commuting from Wrexham for his new job in Manchester was out of the question.
